IB Chemistry: The google class code is: 5npwgoe

I suggest you copy it to avoid a translational error. The google classroom will have any digital work or examples we do in class posted for you to look back at. The actual IB notes will still be accessed through this blog. You should complete the “More than trillions” practice sheet and check your answers here

Math 521A: Here is a video that reviews using Sine Law to solve for sides and for angles. I suggest you watch this and then finish up the sheet we started looking at yesterday. There is a digital copy of the sheet on google classroom.

Hi Everyone!

I am sure switching to home learning will be an interesting and challenging process. Although this blog has all of the notes available, they were the resources intended to be used when we were meeting daily at school. There will have to be some alterations and substitutions to for this new situation. Posted below are the respective google classrooms I will be using starting tomorrow. You will be able to communicate with me through google classroom. You can also contact me through both of my work email accounts. I hope to start things off relatively simple just to get everyone comfortable with all of the changes.

IB Chem 12:

Hello Everyone,

As you may have heard, the IB final exams will not take place for the graduating class of 2020. The difficulties created by corona virus are so serious to allow the exams to be conducted. The final grads for the individual investigations will still be submitted and more information is coming on how a grade will be generated for graduating students.

Organic reactions assignment:

I have received a number of the organic reaction assignments (the final assignment we were working on prior to break). A number of students have submitted the assignment via email to date. If you did not hand me a copy prior to break, and you have not emailed a copy of this to me, please do so as soon as possible. This will be the final assessed item before predicted grades are considered. Please send this out to the class through whatever means you have developed for communicating as a group.

If you have any questions are concerns please email me.

Take care, and stay healthy!

-Mr. Scully
